We built the Linkhome AI agent system: people describe what they want in their own words, budget included, and the agent recommends matching homes from live MLS listings, then refines them as the conversation goes on.

What Linkhome needed.
Linkhome is an AI-powered real estate platform in Irvine, California, covering home search, cash offers, mortgages and selling. Its parent company, Linkhome Holdings, listed on Nasdaq in July 2025.
Property portals make people translate what they want into filters. Linkhome wanted the opposite: say it the way you would to an agent, like “a 3-bed in Irvine between $1M and $2M near a good school”, and get the right homes back.

People type or say what they want. Location, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, ZIP code and budget are understood from free text.

Answers stream back in real time and end with matching MLS listings, each with price, beds, baths, square footage and address.

Follow-ups keep the context of the search, so “cheaper” or “closer to the school” narrows the results instead of starting over.
