Agreement
By using this website or engaging 1 o Solutions you agree to these terms. A signed proposal takes precedence for its project.
Our services
We design and build software including Alexa skills, AI automation, AI agents, chatbots, websites and custom applications, as set out in each proposal.
Scope and change orders
Discovery locks scope. Changes go through a written change order with an updated estimate that you approve first.
Fees and payment
Fixed price for prototypes and fixed-scope work, monthly retainers for ongoing work. Terms and milestones are on each invoice.
Intellectual property
On full payment you own the code, designs and deliverables for your project; we sign an IP assignment on request.
Confidentiality
We treat your information, data and code as confidential and sign an NDA before discovery on request.
Your responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to relevant systems, and content you have the right to use.
Warranty and support
Defects reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no extra cost. Third-party platforms are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees paid for that project in the previous 12 months.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement with written notice; you pay for work completed and we hand over what was delivered.
Governing law
Governed by the laws named in your signed proposal.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect projects under a signed proposal.
