What the grades mean
- A (90-100): Strong fit. Ship a prototype this month.
- B (78-89): Mostly there. A few items to button up before production.
- C (65-77): RAG can work, but you have meaningful work to do first.
- D (50-64): Several blockers. Address them before investing more.
- F (<50): RAG may not be the right tool. Save weeks by having a consultation first.
